My name is Glorivel, and I have extensive experience in hospitality management, specializing in emergency services and government projects. As a long-time business owner, I have honed a deep understanding of operational logistics, client relations, and team leadership. My passion for helping others has fueled my career, enabling me to collaborate with law enforcement and government agencies to create safe environments during critical moments, from natural disasters to humanitarian efforts.

I am committed to delivering high-quality service and support to individuals in need, whether they are displaced in temporary shelters or participating in large-scale events. My experience spans managing projects of varying scales, coordinating complex logistics, and assembling teams that  are OSHA-certified and compliant with labor regulations. What sets me apart is my genuine compassion for humanity, driving me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.

Throughout my career, I’ve aspired to work with organizations like FEMA and the Red Cross, drawn to their dedication to community service and disaster relief. I’ve played pivotal roles in high-pressure situations such as wildfires and pandemics, overseeing essential operations and establishing critical services like mobile units, laundry facilities, and sanitation stations. Beyond logistics, I focus on empowering my staff to take pride in their work and prioritize creating a safe,  welcoming environment.

Currently, I offer flexible staffing solutions for both short- and long-term government projects,  adapting to the unique needs of each situation.
